Paul has over 30 years experience in commercial property and has represented a broad range of clients from individual property owners to major investment/development companies and funds.

Having operated at the sharp end of commercial property agency throughout his career as joint owner and director of Tomlinson Quin Commercial Surveyors since the 1980's until the end of 2009, he has a clear focus on the issues facing property owners as well as tenants.

Whilst we employ our extensive marketing experience and corporate intelligence to identify a purchaser or tenant for your property, we will also carry out a full comprehensive property audit of running costs to identify areas where savings can be made, allowances/rebates claimed and any potential revenue streams optimised.

This means extra funds for marketing initiatives and perhaps essential refurbishment for improved presentation. We do not make a charge for the audit, we simply charge a percentage of any savings and/or income generated as a result of our recommendations.

So any benefits derived from our audit can offset
NewBreed's letting or sale fees. You can instruct us solely or in conjunction with existing agents, as the net cost of our involvement is likely to be self funding provided you act on our recommendations!
